Terms and Conditions
Auckland Marathon Guess & Win Terms and Conditions 2024
- Submitting an entry into the Auckland Marathon Guess & Win Competition ("Competition") is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- One entry per person ("Participant"). Multiple entries will be removed.
- The Competition runs from 08:00 Friday, 1 November 2024 until 17:00 Saturday, 2 November 2024.
- To enter, guess the number of shoes in the Barfoot & Thompson house.
- The Participant who guesses closest to the number of shoes in the house will win. The winner will be contacted directly by Friday, 8 November, 2024.
- The winner will receive one Asics voucher worth NZD$1000 RRP (the "Prize").
- The Prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Odds of winning are based on entries received.
- Barfoot & Thompson reserves the right to reject disqualifying entries that do not meet the entry criteria.
- All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner. Should these attempts fail, or the winner is unable to redeem the prize in accordance with the terms and conditions, or the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours of first contact, the next closest winner will be contacted and this process will be repeated until a winner is successfully contacted, without liability to Barfoot & Thompson or any other person.
- Barfoot & Thompson reserves the right to use entry or winner’s details for promotional purposes.
- Barfoot & Thompson employees and contractors, their family members (partners, children and/or parents living with them) are not eligible for entry in the draw.
- The decisions of Barfoot & Thompson on all matters relating to this competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
